Let’s Get In Contact

Fill out the short form below and I’ll get in contact with you as soon as I am able.

After you fill out the form, I will email you and we can discuss any issues you are facing, if I am the right fit for you, and a plan for appointments. Please note I do not take insurance at this time. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

We will work well together if:

  • You are committed to making change

  • You are willing to put in the time and effort for change

  • You have an open mind about the process

  • You are able to keep a sense of humor while getting shit done

If this sounds like you and you are ready to start your sleep and wellness journey, complete this short form to get started.

Now what?

  • After you complete the brief form above, I will contact (email) you at my earliest convenience to answer any questions you may have, discuss what you are looking for, and a call may be needed to determine if we are a good fit. If so, we will move forward to schedule an intake session. If we aren’t a good fit, I will try my best to provide resources for you.

  • Once the intake is scheduled, I will send you my New Client Welcome packet, practice policies and intake paperwork to complete through a secured portal called Owl Practice. The intake session is a way to share your story and get to know you more. We will develop goals together at the end that you want to work on to achieve.

  • We will move forward working collaboratively as you learn strategies and skills to tackle your goals. Oftentimes there is homework involved. The easy part is showing up to therapy; while, the hard part is going home and implementing it all. The biggest thing is to allow grace throughout the process.

  • There is an end in sight. My mission is to help you reach your goals. I don’t want my clients to need me forever. If that was true, I would be doing you a disservice. I want to teach you all the skills I can to empower you to take control of your life and succeed. We are human and continue to have personal growth throughout our entire lives even after we graduate from therapy.
