Sleep therapy isn’t just about getting more rest. It’s about reclaiming your life.
Tossing and turning through the night doesn’t just make you tired. It chips away at your focus, mood, energy, motivation and patience. That exhaustion starts bleeding into your relationships, your work, and your joy.
CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) offers more than better sleep. It helps you get your clarity back and a version of yourself you recognize. Your calm. Your capacity to live life the way you want to; awake, present, and rested. With evidence-based tools and personalized care, we’ll work together to reset your relationship with sleep, so you can feel like you again.
What Makes This Different
I take time to understand your unique story, such as your habits, stressors, thoughts, and patterns. We’ll use that insight, along with evidence-based CBTI concepts and skills, to create real changes in your sleep and your life. This isn’t one-size-fits-all care. It’s collaborative, individualized, and built around you.
Investment in YOU!
This is where change begins.
No stuffy offices. No long-term contracts. Just real results, rooted in science, with flexibility that fits your life. Each session is delivered via secure telehealth; so you can start sleeping better from the comfort of your home. Typically the program is 5 sessions in 6 weeks. However, more sessions can be added if needed.

The Sleep Welcome Kit
Thoughtfully created. Carefully curated. Delivered with care.
This isn’t just a box of items. It’s a sensory experience, intentionally designed to support your sleep therapy journey. Each piece inside was chosen for a reason: to engage the five senses, encourage rest, and gently signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to soften.
Inside you’ll find a handcrafted calming spray and roller, a travel white noise machine with USB, herbal teas, an acupressure sensory ring, a grounding stone, a magnetic bookmark, a shower steamer, and two printed cards: one introducing your kit, the other offering gentle sleep-focused affirmations. This will help you try items and develop your own unique sleep routine.
The packaging itself is part of the experience: eco-friendly materials, real dried florals, lavender-scented filler… because even from a distance, I want your care to feel personal.
This kit is gifted to every new CBT-I client as part of our work together because your healing deserves to feel held, thoughtful, and real from the very start.

FAQs
-
Eunoia Wellness Counseling provides psychotherapy sessions by appointment only. I do not accept crisis calls after business hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest local emergency department.
-
Eunoia Wellness Counseling is out of network provider for most insurance companies. You could be entitled to some reimbursement, but it's recommend that clients contact their insurance company to confirm this benefit. Ask if they reimburse for behavioral health, what the percentage is and if you need to hit a deductible. You will make a payment at each session or time of service, and upon request, a detailed receipt known as a Superbill, can be provided to you for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most insurance companies that cover mental health services will provide some reimbursement for session fees with a Superbill. I suggest asking your insurance company the following questions to determine your coverage:
Does my plan cover mental health services, specifically individual psychotherapy, CPT code 90834? Intake (first session) code is 90791.
If so, what percentage of the cost is covered for out-of-network providers?
Do I have a deductible? How much is it and has it been met?

Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
· You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
· Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
· If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
· Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprise
